Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We are in-network with most major insurers, including the following:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Health Partners

  • Medica

  • UMR

  • United Healthcare

Do you accept Medicare or Medical Assistance?

No. We do not take Medicare or straight Medical Assistance. However, we do accept PMAPs (Pre-Paid Medical Assistance Plans). Please contact the customer service number on your insurance card to verify if we are network.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. We offer both in-office and online services to clients in Minnesota.

What ages do you see?

Dr. Lambrecht sees adults between 21 – 65 years old.
Collin sees people between 18 – 65 years old.
